I don’t know what all the fuss is about, I’m gonna be honest the reviews had me so skeptical but this guy was timely and everything was good to go. It took about a week, but that’s normal procedures. Stay on top of the people that put this together, get your documents and payments in timely & you’ll be fine.

Appraised our brand new home with 26 acres of land well below sale value. Compared with homes much older than ours. Report states well water which is 1 of many mistakes on report. Hard to believe he is licensed with the Veterans Administration.

We too have been waiting for an appraisal that he was paid to do. Our closing is waiting for just the appraisal, that is it. He says he appraised it over 3 weeks ago yet no report.
