There are store-specific reasons that make our 7-11 on Washington St in Bolivar-Harpers Ferry 25425, better than other options. This 7-11 has the best management, staff, customer service and care I’ve ever seen. They’re running circles around other stores. I’ve asked for a couple things to be added to the inventory: they make a note and if possible, it’s available there in a short time!
They are also our local liquor store and they listen to suggestions on what the local folks want to buy. I wish all places had this kind of service but I’m glad it’s still the norm for “my store”.

“Chelsea is one of the hardest working, most polite, and helpful managers you’ll ever come across. For such a busy store, she and the employees keep it well stocked and clean, and they’re always helpful and smiling. It’s got a hometown feel, despite being a chain store, thanks to Chelsea and the crew. I’m so excited I have my car and license back so I can stop in and shop there regularly.”

“Often visiting at night, I've always had the pleasure of being helped by courteous and extremely friendly staff. The updated outside construction that was underwent last year greatly improves getting in-and-out of the parking lot and to the fuel pumps.”
