I have had Thompson Gas for several years. Their staff is courteous and helpful when contacted. Drivers are efficient and check for leaks when filling tank. This saved me from a possible explosion at my home from a cracked lines, I was unaware of. The driver returned that evening and repaired the lines before filling my tank. The repair was reasonably price and my home and family were safe again

Our Tech was Charlie.. professional and very knowledgeable. Tank setup went smooth and quick. A few weeks later we had an issue with generator starting. Quick response from Charlie and even brought his supervisor, troubleshooting as a team. They have worked diligently until resolved. Highly recommended!

Started out good came out fixed a leak was here 2 hours after called. Needed the tank filled up called the first week of December,"it was at 50%" to give them plenty time to get it here. I was told the most 14 days after called the first time. Now its the 16th of January and we still haven't got it. We are getting the run around. Representatives say they will call never call back. When I try to call back nobody answers the phone.

An amazing company to work with. The customer service reps that answer the phone are knowledgeable and have always made recommendations based on my needs. Their new system that they have in my area has saved me so much pain and heart ache that I have had in the past with other propane companies. It is also nice to have a local office that is open when I have time to go by in person. My other propane company closed their doors and are entirely too hard to get a hold of! Thankful for a local company that cares!

Used to be Airgas. Now Thompson Gas. I was really concerned when they took over my account that my service would get worse. I was really wrong. They are great, blazingly fast and excellent customer service. I can only wish that I got this great a service from everyone.
