I ordered a couch from Tracy. The whole process went so smooth. Tracy is great at what she does. The delivery drivers were awesome. They got my couch in with no issues and quick. They set it up in my living room. I am very happy with my purchase and love my new couch!

They did not communicate with each other in the Bridgeport office on our delivery times etc so never showed up because they said they called and did NOT After we told them just to come because I called off work for delivery! Guaranteed to be home. Then Eithan the store manager , proceeds to tell me I am sorry we can do it Saturday! As if my time is not important! Then said we'll I don't think we can give you the t.v... that I had already paid for! Very bad management! Go to Rent a Center if you ever need anything!

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! Ordered a Fireplace TV Stand, supposed to be delivered today... Waiting 2 1/2 weeks only to be put off till next Friday, due to the sales woman screw up! She didn't even have the decency to apologize for HER MISTAKE!!! Not going back there!!!
