Asked manager where their vacuum t's are directed me to the back corner they were not there when I found them myself he would even acknowledge that I was talking to him to show him where they were very rude and employees

Pam J. Was so kind and helpful! She helped me with my breaks and rotors!!! I was having a bad day and not only did she help me with the parts but she also helped me cheer up which was amazing! She deserves a raise. She truly cares about her customers! Thank you Pam!

Stuff is very good and they know a lot, I had to change headlights on my 2023 Mack MD, and with help of stuff we found matching headlights, and installed them. But there was issue with that light (high beam didn't work) so after 2 days I came back and return that headlight and they gave me new one right on spot without any boring forms and questions. Overall i had great experience and i would definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service from Eric, Parker, and Mike!!! We were travelling through WV back to Ontario, Canada when our truck died at 10 pm on a Saturday night with 2 little kids on board. These wonderful guys at AutoZone stayed open late and reopened the store to help us troubleshoot, and when it became obvious it needed major engine work which would be covered under our new vehicle warranty, Eric the manager, and Parker and Mike were kind enough to drive us and our children to a local hotel so we could stay the night and arrange a tow in the morning. Over the top amazing customer service - we were so appreciative of their helpfulness and kindness when we were stuck.

Had check engine light diagnosed and was told "Unfortunately it is a generic code for emissions, could be the gas cap or other item". Okay, so I asked, "can I rest the check engine light and see if it comes back and get another diagnostic check?" I was told quite bluntly that it is unlawful, totally against the law to reset a check engine light in WV. I thought about that answer and googled it and found, it is LAWFUL in ALL 50 STATES to reset the check engine light. So bad info from the gentleman at Bridgeport WV AutoZone. I wonder what other misleading information this guy puts out to customers.

One day I walked in to get some car cleaning supplies and was greeted by a very nice young man. The man was obviously gay but I was okey with that since he was such a good worker. He directed me over to the air fresheners and said they were slay (he said slay a lot). He said that he liked his air fresheners like his men, black and strong so he gave me the black ice air freshener. Auto Zone always has the most slay service.

I came in yesterday and received great service from Ben and Gerald who installed a cantankerous car battery in the pouring rain! They were both very courteous and thorough despite the circumstances.
