Very friendly workers! Some people don't like it when you have younger kids with you, but a worker here actually interacted with my kid while he was in his little car cart! I definitely will go back!

We were in the Bridgeport WV area for a Christmas break road trip, to see the sights and shop. This Bath & Body Works is in the Meadowbrook Mall. It is a typical mall store that was well-stocked with an abundance of lotions, soaps, and body sprays in dozens and dozens of fragrances. I have a strong dislike for most artificial fragrances, as it gives me a migraine. My teen daughter could give a crap of my fragrance woes, and spent some of her Santa winnings on the post-holiday-clearance deals they had going, with many full-sized items under $4 each. Today back at home she smelled like a perfumed sugar cookie. I had to drive her to her friend's house with the windows wide open the whole way. In January. In Buffalo NY. Needless to say, the fragrance was like a punch in the face. If you enjoy smelling strongly of pungent aromas, this Bath & Body Works will have something to your liking. If you rue the day that perfume was ever invented and you go by this store, you'll want to hold your breath and keep walking. :-P

One of my favorite locations to shop. Love the candles and body care. Have never had any issues with staff at the Bridgeport location. They are always sweet and helpful-- even when it is very busy.

Very well stocked but the employees had to all get together to figure out the proper way to complete an exchange/return, more training for the employees on the 100% Love It guarantee would be nice, as I only received part of that which i should have gotten returned

I love BBW. I just don't like how small this location is. When it has a few people inside, it's very hard to get by them and all the products. I'm always hitting the products and tables with my purse and worrying something is going to fall. Also, it seems that BBW'S products have gone and continue to go downhill sadly.

My family and I love Bath and Body foam soap, especially during the holidays. Also, I love their essential oil products. Eucalyptus and Peppermint is my favorite. The smell is great for lessening any stress you have. The bed sprays with the essential oils are amazing.
