“Big shout out to Trevor at enterprise!!! I probably called at least 5 times to reschedule my reservation due to waiting for my credit card to be overnighted to WV (I'm from out of state and was visiting family). Trevor and the staff were so patient and flexible with me as I had never rented a car before. I will 100% rent a car from them again the next time I'm visiting. “We have rented a car from this location multiple times, and we always have a good experience. On a recent trip, our flight was really late and at the end of the day. I was afraid they would be closed and we wouldn't get our car. But, when we arrived at the airport, they had driven the cars to the airport and there were employees there to check us in. So, we didn't have to take the shuttle to their store. I was really relieved, and it was perfect!”
