Can't imagine a more difficult contact process. The call back x2368 leads you down a long path to no were. Have to go to a website to schedule a return call. No way.

Ive been banking with chase for close to fifteen years and for most issues they have been helpful and the service has been really good. I REALLY wish they were more accessible when I try to call them on the phone. I guess I'm driving down to Bridgeport again. This review was posted prior to actually being able to speak with someone from the bank, you CAN reach them by phone, but you have to have patience.

There’s no point in having a local branch where you need an appointment to do literally anything. Took my partner in to open a checking account & was told they didn’t have ‘appointments’. Wanted to review some charges on my card with a real English speaking human being, and, of course, no ‘appointments’. Needed a replacement debit card, no ‘appointments’. The staff want to be helpful /so/ badly but management prevents it & it makes this a useless location.

12.00 service fee!! Wow they done lost their minds, well customer anyway. I've been a customer for many years and for them to start this 12.00 monthly fee is Absurd! They are going to lose a lot of customers I can imagine. I'm not paying that smh. Might not seem like much money to some but trust me it adds up. There are tons of banks to choose from that will not charge this highly ridiculous fee. For anyone that is looking for a bank go to a different one if your wanting to keep your money. So disappointed because I never really had issues with Chase other than them only having one bank kinda close to my area. There used to be another one in my area but they took that out along with the Atm. Now I have to drive 20 mins just for cash that's ridiculous. They don't have many branches at all it seems anymore. Customers have to travel and waste gas just to get cash and now they want to up the service fee. To many cons for me I can not stay with a bank that doesnt care that they are hurting their customers especially at such a horrible time when people are struggling.

I had a great experience at this branch. Neshia did a fantastic job at helping me and my brother. She provided information that made the process go by quicker. Everyone here was exceptionally kind.I called ahead to reserve an appointment and the receptionist was professional and helpful with that. I can confidently say this bank can fulfill all your needs.

Worst customer service takes more than 1.5 hrs to finish a transaction. We been a customer for almost 20 years.

Well overall just another bad day @ our FRONT CHASE BANK IN KINGWOOD‼ For one simple question I had to put my name on the bord and have been waiting 40min, well after all this waiting I had to use the bathroom and as soon as I was walking down stairs the young man has been taking the lady after me, the lady @ front desk she new all along I have been there for all this time and she didn't say one word O wow nice job CHASE ‼ ‼VERY LOUSY CSV. ‼ I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED, after more than 20 years faithful customer IN OTHER WORDS CHASE DONT NEED MY BUSINESS. After more than 30 years, I am leaving Chase Bank. I've had enough of their $12/month service fee FOR DOING NOTHING! I am paying out the ying yang ($2,400/year)! RIDICULOUS! I surmise there are many many many many others in the same boat I am -- SICK AND TIRED OF THE BIG BANKS CHEATING CONSUMERS! As soon as my last check clears, IT IS GOOD-BYE J.P.MORGAN CHASE!

I called Chase Bank because only 2 banks in town do foreign currency exchange Chase being one. They refused to do it because I don't bank there. The lady was RUDE.

Reviewer Tim doesn't know much about geography or distance, with his "only Chase for a 300 mile radius" nonsense, as there's a Chase 3 miles down the road in Clarksburg, and several 100 miles south (as a crow flies, but that's "radius," and 122 miles driving distance, in Charleston, and another at 124 miles, in South Charleston... then there's Steubenville, OH; East Liverpool, OH; Massillon, OH, and on and on. If you are an employer paying Tim mileage, you better be sure to check his work. Tim is quite geographically challenged. Now this Chase branch, it's full service, but rarely fully staffed. Expect a wait, as often there is only one teller working the drive through AND the inside counter. They could do a better job. And yes, it would be nice to have a Chase branch in Morgantown, Fairmont, Pittsburgh, etc. But I don't expect all banks to have a branch in every city everywhere, like some (cough Tim) people. Cheers.
