Cvs seems to be getting worse and worse. They now have a voicemail system, which is difficult to access in the menu. So speaking directly to a pharmacist or staff member is inconvenient. Hours are not always consistent with the Google hours due to lack of staffing.

I am a regular customer and have all my prescriptions filled at this location. I asked my daughter to stop and grab me a box of Sudafed due to sinus issues (first and probably last time if I don’t also transfer all my prescriptions) and the pharmacist was absolutely horrible in the way they treated her because she was purchasing a product with Sudafed in it. They treated her as if she was purchasing it for inappropriate means, instead they would prefer me to come in while fevered, snot dripping from my nose, and coughing to spread my germs to them and other customers, I understand there are strict regulations on the purchase of this medication but NO ONE in my family purchases Sudafed products but maybe once a year and my daughter didn’t even know to get it from the pharmacy counter until I explained it to her. I think the staff needs a lesson in customer service. Just for the record, the guilty party was the staff pharmacist on duty on 6-13-2024. John, on the other hand, is the only kind and helpful pharmacist that I have dealt with that works there.

The staff at CVS Pharmacy located in Target at the Meadowbrook Mall in Bridgeport WV, was very helpful with my prescription pick-up. They spoke when I walked up and told me they would be with me shortly. They also apologized for my wait, because they were so busy. John is the pharmacist on staff there and he is always so helpful and ready to answer any questions, go over any concerns, and thanks you for using CVS. I actually feel like a valued customer and not just a number.Carla Ferrell

Wow! After writing a critical review yesterday regarding waiting 35 minutes for a scheduled appointment for covid and flu injections. I left without the shots. This morning I received a voicemail from the Pharmacist apologizing for yesterday and to please call and promised availability at my earliest convenience. Surprised, never having a response from a review! I called and spoke to him, set a time and told me he would come out to my car to save me the walk in the cold! NOW this is my favorite pharmacy

I have been a customer of this pharmacy since it was built. Each pharmacist has gone above and beyond. My daughter and I both have to be on assorted prescriptions and John is always helpful. It feels like I’m going to a small town pharmacy because they know me and greet me.

The pharmacist and other pharmacy staff are outstanding! I had left my med at home in VA and needed some help in getting a refill. The pharmacist, John, went at the situation, worked through it, and was able to help me out. The attention and support was very much appreciated.

My main issue with this particular store are their hours. I don’t understand why a major pharmacy is closed on Mondays. And close at 5 on weekends. Makes no sense.

This is my second time here and no matter what the customer service has been great. When I came the first time my mother medication was $700 and I didn’t know what I was going to do but they took their time to make sure they were able to assist me with different coupons. I would definitely recommend going here.

My son was very ill for over a year. John and his staff at the pharmacy are by far the very best in this area. They answer all meds questions. Work with the insurance b******** They are the greatest team I have ever dealt with. Wyatt Kari Chris and the bird thank you guys!

I love shopping here when I just need a few items. The employees on the floor are very friendly and helpful. The cashiers are also friendly and will ask did you find everything you needed? My husband and I also get our prescriptions here and the pharmacist is very helpful in finding us a good price. John is very helpful to us. We always have a wonderful experience here when we shop CVS.
