My last visit was nothing compared to others before new owners took over. The burger was overcooked and dry. Definitely not fresh. Fries were subpar and frozen not fresh cut as before. Definately disappointing.

ordered a LARGE HOT FUDGE MILKSHAKE. gave us a hot fudge sundae. told them it was supposed to be a LARGE HOT FUDGE MILKSHAKE and proceeded to give us a medium milkshake. and payed for a large. dumb people.

Took my cake order 24hrs ahead of time since Fairmont couldn't do a simple decoration which was much appreciated. However the vanilla in the ice cream cake wasn't normal vanilla ice cream, it was ice milk. When I called the day after pickup the said they had something wrong with the machine. The machines don't just randomly make ice milk ice cream.

I ordered a medium peanut butter blizzard as I always do. I got 2 tiny pieces of chocolate and 2 tiny pieces of peanut butter. I called talked to Rochelle the shift lead manager because she said the manager would not be in for a long time. She said I should have asked for peanut butter topping. What?? I never ask for that and get plenty of peanut butter cup pieces in my blizzard.I will never go back there and will tell All my friends and family about this awful experience

The best DQ I've been to, so far! Chicken basket with gravy was amazing ?Parking: Plenty of room, and even outdoor tables as well as an outdoor sheltered table area

Got to DQ at around 9:40pm and According to the door and scheduled time to close it isn’t until 10pm. After sitting in the drive through for about 5 minutes a younger male walks out and informs me there closed. As a former employee of DQ I’m frustrated because that isn’t how it’s supposed to be close at 10pm is serve til 10pm.

I ordered a flamethrower triple combo and received a flamethrower double combo. This is the second time in two months I've ordered the larger burger, been charged for the larger burger, and received the smaller one. Unfortunately I went all the way home before checking the food.The food was fine, but I'm tired of being over-charged for my food and not receiving what I ordered. For some reason the staff cooking the food can't seem to read the screen in front of them.I do not think I will be returning to this location.
