I continuously see people writing reviews saying oh they get things for free and they sell them at a high price, they're rip-offs, they don't care about people, and so much more. Goodwill is not a charity store they are a business and they conducted as such. If people were not buying their goods they would not be in business. I have never left a good will without finding something that I wanted or needed for my cell for my family or that I could resell. Only once in a while have I seen things absolutely crazy priced and those were items like you could find it dollar tree or another dollar type store that were marked up. But that's just ignorance and pricing from whoever was doing it they didn't understand. This Goodwill is clean the staff was very nice everything was well organized and I did not find anything that was crazy priced at all. I ended up walking out with a massive box full that was $40 total. I had about $300 worth of items. So don't listen to the whiners and the crabby old biddies they just have nothing better to do than complain. Go and shop enjoy life spend a few bucks and what people also don't understand is when you buy things at Goodwill you're also helping to find a lot of really good projects. Some that you don't even know exist because you don't look into it. In the town where I'm from ours does an amazing daycare for both mentally and physically challenged people. They help with GEDs, work resources and so much more.I have always had a philosophy if you don't like a store don't shop there it's not for you if it makes you so anxiety ridden. Just hang out at home or find you someplace else to shop. But don't trash it just because you want to be on that bandwagon. And for those who say they can get better clothes at Walmart cheaper I laugh in your face. You tell me where you're going to find a pair of American eagle jeans at Walmart for $5 or even $8. Where are you going to find designer tops in Walmart and pristine condition for $5 or $10? The answer is you're not. Well some of their higher end clothes are priceless low high they're still 75% cheaper or more than you're going to find them in the store so quit with that please.Just be a good human

There is nothing good about this Good Will store with the exception of a few good employees!! This is a company that gets everything they sell for free and then go charge crazy prices! You could buy new clothes from Walmart for the same price, if not cheaper! Now they don't even put your purchased items in a bag! You have to buy one of their bags or bring your own! Are you kidding me? Again, everything they get is free! If all this isn't bad enough, I just found out they don't do refunds or exchanges. So now I'm out $35 just for trying to help my neighbors son with a homecoming outfit that didn't fit and can't be returned. When Good Will first opened the place was nice and prices were reasonable. Now it's just a big disappointment! Oh, if you have kids and need clothes, this is not the store for you. Hardly any boy or girl clothes.

This is the most expensive Goodwill I have been in. It is ridiculous that the prices are almost more expensive then walmart. EVERYTHING is donated. What a scam!!

This Goodwill is super high on their prices. Resellers shouldn't really bother.

I have noticed lately the store is very messy and items are very over priced. Most items I looked at I could purchase new from another store. I am a big thrift shopper, but I will mark this goodwill off my list of places to visit. I am very disappointed.

One of the best Goodwills I’ve been to, in terms of size (huge store) and selection (lots of quality items). Store was fully stocked.

I’ve shopped and donated to this location for several years for myself and children. I’m a strong believer in buying secondhand when you can but today I had an awful experience. I went in and found a couple of things I needed. My total was $17 (after rounding up for whatever cause they have going on), I hand the cashier a $100 bill and she told me she could not break it because her shift just started. she called back to her manager and the manger also said they could not take my money. A store of a multimillion dollar company that literally has everything they sell GIVEN to them could not break a $100 bill. I left upset and embarrassed because I did not bring my debit card with me this trip so that was not an option and the OTHER $14 I had wasn’t enough to cover the total.I ended up calling and asking for the manager, she said she was the one that the cashier asked and she told no to breaking my bill, but if she would’ve been up front and seen who I was and that I was a regular she would’ve taken it. She went on to tell me I could come back and she would NOW break the bill but quite frankly going back in there after being embarrassed, and being turned away for paying with cash I don’t feel comfortable shopping at this location any longer. It should not make a difference if you would’ve recognized me or not, this is poor customer service and lazy management. The only reason she offered “to make it right is because I called to complain” I’m very disappointed and will not return.

Much of the stuff could be bought knew for the same prices charged here. Some items should be in the garbage. Very rare to find a bargain. Used to be much better.
