I must update my review. My order was fulfilled perfectly for the 12 inch hybrid sleep options Marquis mattress. I couldn't have asked for better pickup or product. But the Online Home Depot associates could not tell me any information on my order fulfillment 24 hours prior to delivery. Apparently they were as much in the dark as I was to the fact that it had been shipped from California to West Virginia for the entire 13 days that they had opened an investigation regarding the incident. Unbelievable experience. I do like the quality of the product. It was all that it was advertised to be. But this online service does not make me want to be a return customer.

quit lying to customers would be a great start.ads are very misleading, appliances have a wait time of 2 weeks to 3 months.So you are forced to take the fastest one if you are in desperate need.As a caregiver of a cancer patient with refrigerator meds, it is unacceptable when nobody calls to let you know another 3 weeks added. I had to go online and find out the day of scheduled delivery.

Be advised of hidden fees with flooring installation! We requested a quote and paid $35 to have a measurement taken. They advertise "Free Installation" on carpet priced $599 or more.

Ordering flooring through Home Depot has been a nightmare. Backorder after back order, multiple shipping delays, and worst of all NO ONE from the local store will even call me to let me know that these things are happening. I find out after the fact, when I call to (once again) find out where my order is. It's been over a month and I still have no flooring and have to delay the opening of my space. Ordering flooring through Home Depot has been a nightmare. Backorder after back order, multiple shipping delays, and worst of all NO ONE from the local store will even call me to let me know that these things are happening. I find out after the fact, when I call to (once again) find out where my order is. It's been over a month and I still have no flooring and have to delay the opening of my space. Had anyone from the store ever called me to let me know of a delay when the actual delay happens, I could have ordered something else. But every time *I* call them (because no one ever calls me) and find out that there had been another delay they do not have any comparable products in stock on the quantity that I need, and it would take longer to order the quantity I need than to wait for the new ship date for my existing order WHICH NEVER ENDS UP SHIPPING. The high point of this communication debacle is the expeditor (don't be misled by that job title, she speeds up nothing) refusing to speak to me on the phone, never returning my voicemails, then refusing to meet with me when I went into the store until the poor customer service associate physically walked to her office and told her she needed to come talk to me, at which point she let me know she was supposed to be getting off work, that none of the vendors would be in for her to even call, and handed me off to another poor flooring associate so he could look up every product and tell me how they did not have the quantity in stock and it would take longer to receive than my original or (WHICH I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED). I have followed this rabbit and carrot down into the 5th circle of Home Depot hell, where my options are to continue to wait, order something else (and wait) or try to get my money back and go somewhere else (to order something else)...all of which just means more time, and more money that I'm losing in my business because I have no flooring.

Definitely do not recommend for carpet installation. We waited about six weeks for carpet installation for our basement, and our installation date was cancelled and changed to a date that was another 6 weeks away with less than a weeks notice due to Romanov installers out of Charleston. Very unhappy about this, since it leaves us six weeks of wasted time that we could have picked out different carpet, from a different company, to install in a reasonable timeframe.

Home Depot had the best prices and the quickest service , definitely better than Lowes ! Will be shopping with them from now on. Needed a new water heater installed. Called on Monday morning and installed Wednesday morning. A++++

I picked 1 because below zero wasn’t an option. They have horrible respect for Veterans and never have honored a military discount for my husband. LOWES is 100% better and also has better customer service and respect for all veterans by giving them a military discount. I’ve never had any good customer service there and will never spend 1 cent of my money there . I’m not sure how they determine one veteran is more qualified then another but they should all be treated equal . Shame on you Home Depot. � I’m guessing it’s not an American owned business .
