Messed up my tax return and caused a delay of 4 months due to their error. Not worth paying $350+ for. I’ll continue to do my own taxes going forward .ETA - called the 1-800 # and they were absolutely no help. Couldn’t confirm or verify or provide any info on when or how I’d be able to reach someone at the local office as its by appointment only and couldn’t help me set an appt. Poor customer service on top of charging me for messing up my taxes .
