I purchased my first car on my own from Cierra Haddix at Jenkins. With it being my first solo purchase I was dreading the whole process prior to arriving at Jenkins. Cierra made it a great experience by answering all of my concerns and questions with no pressure. She was very personable and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She walked me through the cars details, gave me a tour of their facility so when I come back for maintenance I know where to go, and even helped me pair my Apple Car Play before I pulled off the lot! I also have to shoutout the finance man, Trey. He also helped to make my experience so great! He knew his stuff top to bottom and made all the paperwork easy to follow and understand. I'll definitely be returning for all my car needs since I now have a standard of what purchasing a car should be like.

I have family and friends that have all had many Subarus. They are great vehicles. The sales team at Jenkins Subaru are amazing. Travis Johnson is our go to sales consultant he's always informative professional and great to work with. Jenkins Subaru had the best selection of vehicles around. Almost perfect, oil change filter and tire rotation and service tech helped my set up radio. I just take a carwash as something that is always part of the service. Well I guess I learned a lesson.

Went back and got us another vehicle at Jenkins. 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! Robert Rohde helped us every step of the way. Happy with the experience and the new vehicle.
Free state inspection since we bought our Jeep Renegade here. Went quickly, while waiting in the lounge.
Update, needed another vehicle in a hurry and they came through. They provide terrific service and you even get the license plate.

Worked with Kelly on an internet deal for a new subaru outback. She was wonderful to work with, helping feel comfortable with purchasing from out of state ( we cane down from PA) and provided me all the info I needed. Got me a great price, and value for trade.
Corey in sales was great when we got to dealership had vehicle ready for test drive, reviewed the features and helped us finish the purchase. Overall great experience thank you all very much. I highly recommend this dealership.

Worst car dealership to go to. Will not negotiate or work with you on anything. If there’s one thing they do best, it’s ripping you off. Don’t shop here. It’s not worth it.

Beware! The listed price on a preowned Subaru is not the price. They will deceptively add $2,000 to the price to "certify" the vehicle even though its listed as certified.
