Friendliest staff you will ever work with. Great variety of bikes, side by sides and 4 wheelers and accessories/parts. Very knowledgeable. I had an issue with my side by side and John and Shawna took care of my issue immediately and to my great satisfaction. I’ve been dealing with them for over 40 years and will continue to do so. We purchased 2 SSR dirt bikes from Leesons, a semi-auto 110 last year, and a full manual 125 this year. We have nothing but good things to say about both the staff and the bikes. Their customer service is always excellent, and they go out of their way to help. The bikes are a little less powerful than a Suzuki or Kawasaki of the same size but are an incredible value at less than half of the investment. Parts are relatively inexpensive also. When ridden hard by our kids, stuff will break no matter what brand we buy. We've been fortunate enough to only need a handful of bolts and nuts for repairs so far.

Good local family owned business. Got my first Suzuki 75 ( had to share with my brothers) at the old location in West Clarksburg in the mid seventies. Always good courteous service every since and on subsequent purchases, including parts.

Parts department employee very rude while on the phone looking for a starter for an artic cat 400. The employee clearly doesn’t know the product. Will not be back again.

I have a 2005 Kymco Venox that I’ve been restoring since last year. Parts are very hard to come by, but Leeson’s is able to order directly from Kymco which made it incredibly convenient for me as I didn’t have to resort to ordering overseas myself. Parts did take a while to arrive but it was out of their hands as the manufacturer Kymco was having trouble at the time getting a hold of parts so I don’t blame them.Fast forward a little bit I had a gas leak from my carbs and I asked if they could ship me my order partially as I urgently needed my gaskets etc, they accommodated me easily. I received my other half of the order as soon as the rest of parts arrived.They’ve become my go-to source for OEM Kymco parts now.

Terrible customer service. My husband called to ask a couple of questions about our ATV. He was transferred to Mike. He abruptly cut him off and told him he did not have time for this, he gets paid by the job not the hour and hung up on him. I could not believe how rude he was. He called back to talk to the manager. She laughed when he told her what happened and let him know that they are short handed and he can't work on the ATVs and talk on the phone. When he got off the phone I said wow, there's no way that was management. We were thinking about having them work on our ATV but we will drive the extra distance to take it elsewhere.
