The facility has nice enough equipment the fact that it doesn't accept credit/debit cards is a detractor. $3 in quarters gets you 3 minutes but if you put additional quarters initially it doesn't add to the time. Then when you get the warning the time is almost up each quarter only gets you 15 seconds
