“a package of mine was misplaced, but I have been receiving check up calls from the P.O. as well as my main mailman helping to look for it. We ran into him on our way out and he asked if we had found it yet and said he had been looking for it. They have been both caring and helpful. I’m very appreciative of the service. “A+++++ for customer service. I can not brag about this post office enough and the help that I received. I had a problem that needed resolved with a package that I had mailed to the wrong address and was looping in the tracking system. The employee was able to contact the receiving office in Ohio, asked them to locate the package and redirect it. It was delivered 2 days later. She handled it in a fast, efficient and professional manner. Her attentiveness to my issue is appreciated.”
