Waited in line 5 minutes. When it was our turn the cashier walked away and started talking to another coworker and didn’t come back over to help us. Will never spend another dime in this store.

The girls working were so rude and petty. I waited in line for 10 minutes when there was nobody in front of me. I couldn’t tell who was a worker or a customer and they were very unprofessional. First time there and never going back

Staff has always been nice to me and helpful. I love the clothes. It is 1 of the only places that carry the jeans I like. I love the big legged jeans and there shirts and stuff are so cute.

Always have sales going on and they have many sizes available in almost everything. At times it can be cluttered in the store, but only because there is so much to choose from! I enjoy engaging small talk with most of the workers each visit as well. I am always offered coupons and well informed of the dates and the rules as the coupons are handed to me. I am all about saving money, and Rue21 makes it easy.
