Dr. Jessica Orrahood is a perfect professional in aiding with hearing loss. She approaches hearing problems with great knowledge about the degree of hearing loss and how to remedy it. She is kind, pleasant and does NOT pressure you into accepting her hearing aids. She wants her patients to be happy with their choice and patients can easily say, “Thanks, but no thanks.” She will continue to help me with my journey using Widex and be there any time I need her.

Jessica, the audiologist, at Senior Audiology has been invaluable to our family. My mother, 91 years old, has severe hearing loss. But with Jessica's help, Mom can communicate well with us. The hearing aids she sold to my Mom are blue tooth compatible and allow Mom to listen to her television programs and enjoy audio books on her Kindle. This greatly enhances Mom's quality of life. Jessica is very patient and accommodating and very positive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her services for hearing loss issues.
