“I go to Bridgeport Goodwill biweekly. The staff is always so friendly and the store is well organized. A couple weeks ago I accidentally donated an item from my daughter's showchoir costume the day before and the manager on had no interest in helping me get it back. TODAY, I lost my key tag while on my lunch break. I called and the manager went above and beyond to help me. She put me on the phone and looked throughout the entire store. She actually was a little breathless when getting back on the phone and so bummed to tell me she couldn't find it. I appreciate it so much. Going the extra mile is become out of style lately, but she came through for me in a big way.”
