We have purchased cars from nearly 20 different dealerships in our lifetime but our experience at Urse Honda was simply and easily the best sales experience I have had. Our sales person, Tiffany was the most impressive, friendly and knowledgeable young lady in so many ways. She instantly made us welcome, and guided us expertly through the selection, test drive and ordering process. The vehicle arrived quicker than expected, and was detailed and waiting the day we arrived to pick it up "in" the showroom. We ran into some issues with paperwork because we had to lock our credit report recently after an attempted identity theft which took a lot of time on the phone for them and us. The sales team was all so helpful, patient and encouraging during the process. The walk through of the car was great, again Tiffany showed her dedication to her job. Did I mention she's only 19 years old? Wow! Very impressed! We love the new 2024 CRV. Totally recommend #UrseHonda to anyone! Ask for Tiffany!

I was very impressed with the knowledge, time and thoroughness that Jillian showed while going over maintenance and repair items needed on our CRV with myself and my wife. She was excellent and we appreciated it very much.

My wife wanted to buy a new car. She wanted to pick it out and finalize the sale. Her first time doing such. We visited Urse Honda and she decided on a new 2023 Honda Passport Elite with 64 mileage; although she initially wanted a black or white car. But because of the small selection of cars we looked at from various dealerships, she decided this car would do. She couldn’t find black or white. The deal was finalized and when picking up the car; we decided we needed running boards and winter floor mats. Because of my wife’s short stature and the harsh winters we experience. Bill Smarr said he would negotiate a reduced / cost for them. The order was placed and we paid before receiving. Parts department said it was the only way to buy and it may be several weeks before receiving them. When we get home and search on the internet we find the same items at a lower price at another Honda dealer; with the parts immediately available. I called Urse Honda parts and they refused to give my money back and instead said they would meet me half way with the parts; which by some strange reason were in stock and now available. So they because of the delay and difference in price agreed to include a paint touch up pin for our car. I now feel Urse went the whole way to please their customer. Bill Smarr was very informative explaining all the features of the car . We are very impressed with the our new car.

I had a remarkable customer service experience with Urse Honda today… while visiting family in WV from NY my B1 code popped up for maintenance. I was greeted kindly and walked through the the details of everything quickly but efficiently. They took my keys and then directed my mother, 3 young children and myself into the very comfortable waiting area. This area was well maintained, clean and comfortable. They had a children’s play area and lots of high quality snacks, drinks and clean bathrooms. It took exactly 1 hour for my service to be completed which is exactly what they said. I highly recommend Urse Honda

Tiffany our salesperson was amazing ? she gave us a great deal on a brand new Accord. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about Honda brand. I would recommend this dealership and definitely recommend Tiffany Amber for all of her customers.

The vehicle was done sooner than anticipated and although I can't confirm it,they assured me the recall work was completed. A text message informed me that many critical services were needed. This is obviously standard practice, as there is always an extensive list of needed repairs dating back to my original purchase there. I declined the upsale as past recommendations have been unnecessary in the long run. They failed to mention the obvious problems( burnt out brake light, check engine light, worn out brake pedal cover,etc.) I will return only if necessary.

We came in for normal maintenance and asked for an estimate for tires. We found out our sticker had expired. They did some price matching and we choose tires that match the ones that were on the car and finished the service call. We were longer than we planned for but left safe and legal.

If you're needing to schedule service for your car, make sure you schedule it through Jillian! I previously had a bad interaction with someone answering the phone for service but I've been assured that that person no longer works there. Jillian was the one who greeted me when I arrived for my appointment this time and she is wonderful. So helpful and knowledgeable and very pleasant. I could tell she had my best interest in mind and understood my concerns. Every company needs a Jillian!

On a very busy day before July 4th I had an appointment for an oil change. I really needed it due to a travel the next day. The service desk people were awesome and the service department also. I was also asked about replacing filters which I did because I always trust the options yiu suggest. I will continue to come back to have anything done that I need on my fabulous Honda.Thank you everyone at Urse Honda.
