Absolutely the most horrific nightmare ever!!! We switched phone services on Feb 12,2025 and it’s been hell since. We were told that our old phones would be paid off and as of today, May 20, 2025 they still are not. Many visits and 6 phone calls, many texts, nothing has been done. And now we have an $1100.00 bill because Michael entered something incorrectly and we are being penalized for his mistake!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me, DO NOT USE VERIZON.
