Very bad customer service waited 30 min in line then get to the window and get the blinds pulled down in my face lol. There were still 5 min til there Lunch so I called my DR and got it sent to Champion Pharmacy way better service and very quick.

Pharmacy is trash there speed is horrendous they should be ashamed to even offer a Pharmacy there the joke of Pharmacys easily wait 10+ min a car if your lucky that is complete shit show an should shut it down to save walgreens image

We love you Louann 🫶🏻❤️ our favorite pharmacist taking care of us for years, especially my mom! There is also a young lady there named Natasha, she is the Director of Operations and I wanted to say what a kindness she did for me today by arranging my prescription to be ready this evening so I didn't have to leave work tomorrow or scramble to find someone to sit with my mom on hospice. She went above and beyond and did not have to do that for me. Thanks for making my life easier, it was just so kind🫵🏻😇 Lisa

Walgreens in Bridgeport is terrible!! Slow at filling prescriptions, not giving the amount on the prescription (said they didn't have enough), asking me to use automatic refill, then not refilling when needed. Will be changing to another pharmacy.

Prescriptions remain In Process for days awaiting a Pharmacist review (item in stock just not fully processed). They remain in that status until you show up in person and remind them you have been waiting for several days past the promised date. Drive thru times are terrible, not moving for upwards of 30 minutes. I wish there was another option, but Walgreens was greedy and closed the other Bridgeport location.

You store shut down due to a network problem on Friday morning- you were still closed Sunday that is 3 days — no one to answer phone or talk to for rx and no one to refer us to another store.” Like sorry about your luck” is what I got from this I’m being real nice with this!! Very poor management on your part and no back up plan wow.

My med dosage changed. For MONTHS they called me to pick up the old dose. However the worst part is they called me in to pick up a med I had just bought for $500 there a few days before. I went through the drive thru and she asked if I had it sent back. I said no I just bought it here. She said if I didn't show proof that I paid for it then I would have to pay another $500. I said you didn't even know I had bought it! She said you just said you did! Then when I tried to ask her a question shed kept very rudly talking over top of me. I went in to speak to pharmacist and he said all he wanted to know was the date I bought it for their records. That drive thru chick needs fired.
