For the most part, WM arrive on scheduled day and empty the trash. On occasions, little trash is left in trash can because it was emptied by hand rather than the truck lift. During inclement weather it is understandable trash is missed but trash should be picked when the roads are clear without having to wait 2 or 3 weeks.

WM is a good company. They are easy to deal with and always let me know if there’s a problem. The app is very user friendly as well.
