First off, when you request a call from CMB, you never receive one? Second, My wife or can never log on the on line system on Sunday evenings, why is that? CMB used to be a great bank 15 years ago, what happened? My son just got a debit card 8 months ago but can only use it certain locations. Certain locations in Morgantown it cannot be used, why? Can never seem to get an answer from anyone because no one ever calls you back!!!!!!!

My debit card was deactivated due to fraudulent charges on a Saturday of a holiday weekend and I was leaving for vacation that Tuesday. Everyone was so nice and understanding and Matt was able to get me a new debit card right away Tuesday morning so I could leave for vacation! Big thank you to the Bruceton branch for everything they did to make a bad situation a little bit better.

I use the Clear Mountain Bank because of the family feeling and professional way the employees conduct the business I bring to them, whether it is a deposit, withdraw, or a financial question. They are friendly and courteous! I make it my HOME TOWN BANK!

Had clear Mountain for years with no issues, the one time I had an issue they lied to me, which will end up costing me nearly $800. I am closing accounts and going elsewhere to a more honest bank.......

I have banked at CM for the last 20 years, I wouldn't go anywhere else. In large part because of the people. Blake Moran is one of them. Like anyone that puts service at the top of his to do list, Blake puts you needs first and is tireless to find the products that will help you.

it was bad enough to get charged for paper statements and told I can't opt out because my account "isn't eligible" (when I had been for the last 20 years!!!), but getting locked out of my online banking with your "update" and told I can't re-enroll and that you can't find MY account because you've decided it belongs to the SECONDARY name on the account (not that person's account! I opened the account before I ever met that person!!)... And that you won't do anything until you talk to him when I say three times in one phone call that he's dead?? And you've been faxed the information a ton of times to get him off the account but you refuse. This smacks of discrimination and I am really angry. I don't want to close my account and fool with a new bank but it feels like I have no choice. This is ridiculous.

In June Clear Mountain Bank changed from visa to MasterCard. When I tried to make my June payment it was returned even though I got a confirmation number that it was paid, then a letter with confirmation that it was paid. In July I made a payment again, it was accepted but then later found out it was also returned. I called the bank back to try to figure out what was going on. it says they close at 6pm. however they close at 3pm. they need to be more professional and state they close a 3pm on Google. Other banks clearly state they close at 4:30 lobby and 6pm drive thru. my girlfriend drove 45 min just to go to a closed bank. it say the bank closes at 6pm. I guess that's what I get for using a small town bank. never again. now she has to drive anouther 45 min tomorrow.

Quite angry. My type of account was changed and I was charged for paper statements which were free with the account that I had signed up for many years ago. I wouldn't have minded had they INFORMED me prior to the change. I could have changed my account to receive electronic statements to avoid loosing MY money. Keep an eye on your accounts because it is hard to tell how many customers they have done this too without informing them!

Very friendly staff and also competent and helpful. Had to deal with them while settling my parents estate and was very satisfied. I retired from banking in Florida in 2012 so my expectations were probably a little higher than most.

Mark has had an account with Clear Mountain since he was old enough to have an acct and was working. He is now 57. He says they have never given him any reason to dislike the banking service. And would recommend Clear Mountain to other people. I do his check writing and most of the withdraws,( as he does not like to do these things). I have never had any trouble with Clear Mountain either.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE YOU COULD EVER DO BUSINESS, I COULD WRITE A NOVEL ABOUT HOW MANY RIDICULOUS, SIMPLE, INFURIATING ISSUES IVE HAD WITH THEM. Most of the people here are absolutely incapable. Feel free to email me, Id be happy to save someone the terrible things I went through, because this place is hell!!!!!!!! The only reason I attempted to stay with this branch was so that I don't have to drive almost an hour into Morgantown. But, enough is enough. They are UNTRUSTWORTHY, and after over 2 years, I've had ENOUGH!!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE.
