I order a refrigerator from Aaron's 2 days before Christmas 24. I understand with the weather being bad the for almost 3 weeks. I call the store those weeks and told them not to deliver because of the bad road conditions of where I live. I called last week and we scheduled to have the fridge delivered on Wednesday, which is today. Now I have to wait until Monday. I wouldn't be surprised if I don't get it until July. But yet they will expect me to make payments on something that isn't in my house.

October 24,2022 my washer started acting up, called the store, told to call manufacturer since it was easier to get repairs done. Washer is out of warranty, 25th of October washer completely stopped, would turn on but that was it. Since it was in the contract that Aarons provided service they voided it. Contacted corporate with issue on the 25th, corporate called local franchise and manager Scott told them the washer has a 4 hr soak cycle. It doesn't, just went out and bought a washer and dryer. Has been taking up space in my yard for a month. Joke of a franchise for someone that has a business degree yet knows nothing about contracts. Reporting franchise, not Aarons, to Attorney General.

Poor customer service for one. The lady I spoke to did listen to anything I said. For two I was looking at a grill, and when she showed me, it was absolutely nasty. It was a pre owned grill, which was not the problem, however they never bothered to clean it. It still had burnt food and greece all in the bottom and on the racks.

I was buying a mower from them when I dropped it off to me the seat wouldn't stay on straight the mower had a Miss to it and you couldn't even get the oil dipstick out I called them and tried for a week to get them to come and fix it but they kept telling me they be there the next day and never showed and then whenever I started trying to get my money back they kept trying to rip me out off out of my money which the end eventually ended up ripping me out of my money so yeah don't ever buy anything from them and that's the pictures of what the mower look like when they dropped it off to me

Very poor costumer service and lie straight to your face. Pre approval isn't anything and when it comes time to getting a refund well lets just say it's been 2 months and still no refund
