My experience with Nate was the best customer service I've experienced in a while. He was focused on his customer, but was able to help me while things were loading on her phone without making her feel neglected. Although he and the other rep were busy, he spoke to each person who came in, ascertained what their needs were, and assured them that someone would be with them as soon as possible. Excellent employee!

Just recently went in to turn an old phone in and the store was a bit busy. After two different customers coming in after me and getting helped before I was even spoken to I was a bit disappointed. Instead of going up to the first person they see I believe they should ask who has been waiting the longest. Not a great customer experience

After having an iPhone 6s for 7 years it was time for a change. Went to Buckhannon Wv and was greeted by a salesman named Nate. He was a friendly knowledgeable man who helped me transition into an iPhone 16. Lol Wow! What a difference. I left very pleased with the phone and just wanted to give a huge Shout Out to Nate!!!
