“I was on a trip down south when my van broke down (overheating) at the Weston exit in WV. I got help getting my vehicle to the closest hotel since it was after midnight nothing was open and upon getting to the hotel the entire electrical grid for the area we were at went out so there was no electricity for any of the local auto shops.I called the NAPA here and they went out of their way to make sure I got a part delivered and one of the employees even took an early lunch and came to fix and replace the broken part. I was soooo grateful to them for helping me out when so many things were going wrong. They were so kind and thoughtful.”

Their work was superb, and they did an especially impressive job of matching my car's distinctive 'black cherry' color, as seen in the before and after photos I've shared.
