“These guys are great!! I was told by another shop my engine was no good due to a cracked piston (at only ~60,000 miles). I brought the Jetta to these Pat's to help me figure out what to do about it. Pat's team quickly figured out the original diagnosis was completely wrong and had me fixed up within a few hours after receiving parts. Turns out it was a minor repair to get the car back to normal. “I was on a trip down south when my van broke down (overheating) at the Weston exit in WV. I got help getting my vehicle to the closest hotel since it was after midnight nothing was open and upon getting to the hotel the entire electrical grid for the area we were at went out so there was no electricity for any of the local auto shops.I called the NAPA here and they went out of their way to make sure I got a part delivered and one of the employees even took an early lunch and came to fix and replace the broken part. I was soooo grateful to them for helping me out when so many things were going wrong. They were so kind and thoughtful.”

“They did a great job repairing the damage on my car, but they did not keep me updated about the status when they ran into issues. I had to keep calling in order to be told it was being delayed. They detailed the interior of the car, which was nice, but they cleaned my windows and instruments with the same cloth and possibly cleaning supplies they used on my dash board, so my windows are a greasy mess. But they do a great job with repairs and I would go back again.”

“My Mom got her oil changed and tires rotated .They didn't tell her she needed new tires . Car was making a funny sound, so we had it checked out, and the back rear was showing metal , which they should have seen . And she needed a ball joint on top of that . Otherwise, no problems getting in .”
