“These guys are great!! I was told by another shop my engine was no good due to a cracked piston (at only ~60,000 miles). I brought the Jetta to these Pat's to help me figure out what to do about it. Pat's team quickly figured out the original diagnosis was completely wrong and had me fixed up within a few hours after receiving parts. Turns out it was a minor repair to get the car back to normal. “They did a great job repairing the damage on my car, but they did not keep me updated about the status when they ran into issues. I had to keep calling in order to be told it was being delayed. They detailed the interior of the car, which was nice, but they cleaned my windows and instruments with the same cloth and possibly cleaning supplies they used on my dash board, so my windows are a greasy mess. But they do a great job with repairs and I would go back again.”
