Trying to open a trust account and cannot get a person. I was used to much easier and more customer friendly treatment when I was with Chase in FL. May be time for a change!

They decided to randomly close my account with no notice, chase bank said they didn’t legally have to tell me why they were closing my account and that I would receive my money in the mail in the next 3 weeks. This is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. They are nothing but rude and entitled people.
