Learn to change your hours online. It said you're open until 9 pm, but you have a sign on your doors saying our hours have changed.

The staff at the Buckhannon CVS is wonderful. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Mr. Ted Black the store manager and clerk Debbie. They are fun to talk with and always upbeat and helpful, always! I enjoy doing my pharmacy business with them. Also the blond pharmacist, Kailey (SP) is a joy and also very good at what she does. The staff at this store is top-notch!!!

The store manager and the retail part of the store are good.The pharmacy itself is awful. The are practically seething with contempt for their customers. Not only can they not do their jobs quickly and accurately they will be rude and nasty to you while they do it.

Went for a drive-thru test. The tech at the window treated me like I was stupid because I couldn't hear her through her intercom. She was quite rude. You have to administer the test yourself. After I grabbed the vial for the swab, she then told me that I couldn't spill the contents on my skin or I could get a chemical burn. They didn't bother to offer gloves.

Love love love CVS! The store is always clean and appealing to the eye, they do a great job with displays and the atmosphere is comfortable and friendly. As soon as you come in through the front door you're greeted by a smiling employee who is always willing to help. They have a huge variety of items and I always find what I need and then some. I don't think they get enough credit for how awesome they truly are!
