I would leave a 0 review if possible. Twice, this location has left me hanging. Had a rental scheduled for 8am pickup and no one is here. Door locked and lights off during normal business hours.

Hit a deer on I79. All cars were taken in the whole area. This shop along with everyone in the area helped me get back home. The hospitality is top notch in Weston West Virginia. I appreciate it!

Terrible. Reserved a full-size pickup almost 2 months before as mine was to be in the shop. Double check and did some of the paperwork on Saturday for pickup on monday. Got there ahead of time on monday, but the vehicle was not ready and it was a compact pick up. Being a large person I had a heck of a time just getting in the truck. Did not get truck until mid afternoon but was told I'd have to pay for the entire day. Drove it only a few miles during the week. Turned it in on Friday evening, but was told that it would also be charged for Saturday as that's when they tally the returns. I sure wish there was another option within reasonable driving distance.

Poor customer service. Reserved vehicle and vehicle wasn't ready and wouldn't be until the next day. Unacceptable. Regional manager was contacted and wasn't willing to resolve the issue.

They were very nice ..and got me into a car that day .. although I was not expecting a deposit but I'm glad to find out it was 100% refundable when the car was returned .. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a car when your in a jam.. and loved the upgrade from my car(which was in the shop getting fixed)
