I contacted this branch 3 days before deadline, admirably late, however Crissy Miller reassured me that she would be able to file both my personal and LLC taxes ON TIME. On the 15th she contacted me saying that she would not be able to complete the taxes on time and that I needed to file an extension. They charge for extension filing but I decided to have them file the extension anyways so I didn't have to figure out how to do that for an LLC. Over the phone she said she would do the paperwork and have someone contact me to get payment. I waited, and messaged and nothing. About 10min before closing time I called them and the last person was about to leave, she had already left and she had not done anything. The lady on the phone was super nice and tracked her down to get the extension filed still on time. Since then I've sent I don't know how many messages asking about my tax return and I get no answers at all. She replied to the first few saying she was working on it but it is now Jul 17th and nothing has been done since April 15th. I 110% do not recommend this place for your taxes unless you want to get scammed out of extension filing money.

We came in after hours on accident due to our work schedules and trying to find time when google says 8pm but it's actually 6pm I beleive. Luckily Todd is a lifesaver and said he'd go ahead and take care of us! He's laid back and honest made the process easy and fast!

Todd my professional tax consultant was very helpful. I was coming from Maine which laws he was not familiar with. He studied the tax laws in Maine during my two appointments to provide me with a accurate 2023 tax year. He walked through every form to verify accountability and checked off the boxes as we went through our appointments. He is very thorough double checking everything along the way. I never had someone help me with my taxes as much as Todd. I am single no kids so I don’t produce a lot of kickback. He directed me to peace of mind since I sold my home this year. This year I benefit the most thank you Todd of H and R Block
