We had a great experience here! We drove over two hours to come look at a truck we found online. Brandon Weese was the sales person that helped us, & he was great. He answered a bunch of questions we had and never pressured us to buy. The truck was spotless, & they don’t haggle because their vehicles are priced to sell at good value. When we did decide to buy, DJ was able to find a better rate than our credit union and was also very nice and personable as we went through the paperwork. Their system for their title and licensing work was down, so they called us first thing Monday and had it processed AND delivered the truck at no extra charge! Even the two people that delivered the truck were nice and personable. We can’t say enough about the overall experience and would definitely return to this dealership, despite the distance, because of the service we received.

Really like the truck, owners manual that came with truck is not much. Salesman said he would try to find me a better manual and call me, must be having a hard time finding one, haven't heard from him. Jenkins Ford is a great place to buy a truck, I would highly recommend them.

Not happy at all with the customer service specifically the billing. I got fast service, but nothing to write home about. The work done was what I expected. The problem was with the lady that called with my bill. I got the oil change done and it was supposedly covered by the Ford Maintenance Warranty (ESC) I got when I bought my truck. I got my receipt from the front desk and left showing nothing owed. I get a call a couple of days later that a portion of the balance ($70+/-) was not paid by the warranty. No big deal at this point, since the that is not Jenkins Ford's fault. What I was really unhappy about is that the lady that called me, from out of the blue, got super aggressive with me about paying my bill that I just seconds before found out I owed. I was treated as if I was trying to steal something. I asked if I could have a day to make contact with my warranty company (FordESC) to make sure what was going on. Min you, that I have gotten a number of oil changes and never had to pay anything. She instantly started pushing me to pay, so I refused. Long story short, I paid the $70 and will never go back there
