Cashier checkouts are usually closed, forcing you to use self-checkout.
I try not to go there anymore.

I stopped to look at plants today. I met Logan in the Garden Center. He was extremely helpful. This experience, because of Logan, was exactly what I needed today to make purchasing plants meaningful. Thank you Logan!

Busy Sunday and no aisle blockers around the lift operator. Also no full service registers open and cluster-f at the self-serve area. I’m done with them. I’ll leave Lowe’s to this next generation of shoppers who think this level of customer service is normal.

Every time I go in there I have to go hunt down somebody to help me, several times I've been in there and the employees didn't even know what I was talking about they had no clue as to what questions I was talking about. And one lady at the customer service desk I felt was extremely rude with me when it came to a corporate account she suggest I go and ring all this up at the register by myself, she didn't even know how to ring up a corporate account herself and yet made me feel as if I was lying. I reported her to the manager. I have to say the manager was very understanding and very helpful.
