“I just recently made the switch after the buyout of us cellular to T-Mobile. I had an issue with my phone in which I could not receive or make texts messages. I was greeted by Rebecca who helped assess the situation and she was able to fix my issues on the T-Life app. She did a wonderful job and was patient in finding the exact issue. Thanks for making my first experience with T-Mobile a great one!”

“Went to this store yesterday, to change our service from T-mobile to AT&T. The experience was nothing short of amazing! Nate and John were very knowledgeable and explained everything easily. Our bill actually dropped in price and we ended up with new phones as well! These guys are great and will be back soon! Highly recommend over any other store and I will make the trip to Buckhannon over going to any other store in a heartbeat!”
