If I could give no stars it be a negative count. This is basically a convenience store if you need prescription meds filled go to Walmart or CVS. Never opened and not on a weekend ?? But you can get some liquor here!

I have always found the staff to be courteous, above and beyond helpful, and concerned for our health amd well being.We get all our shots there, quickly, efficiently, and with no problems. The pharmacist is friendly and very knowledgable. She is willing to talk to you about your Rx and offer more info, instructions, answer anything that concerns you. I have come to think of her and her staff as friends.Everyone I have dealt with in that store has been a delight to do business with. The store is very clean and well organized. I would never consider taking my business elsewhere.

Pharmacy worker Elizabeth (Liz) is rude and inconsiderate to both customers and fellow workers. She spent at least 30 minutes talking to a vaccine patient she seemed to personally know while her fellow workers and other patients waiting for vaccines backed up. She then comes out and states she was in there because the patient had to wait after getting vaccine. Then she had the gall to come in and tell the person trying to get every one taken care of that she backed up that someone was waiting. This is a toxic selfish inefficient worker who should not be dealing with people.

Unique drugstore, contains the largest and only collection of hard liquor in Upshur County. No beverage control or liquor stores to my knowledge exist in the entire county. The bourbons were well represented as were the other brown and clear alcoholic beverages. If you need it...you gotta go there in Upshur County.

On 3/29 I scheduled a pickup order that contained packages of soda. I use pickup because I always have my 2 year old and 8 month old with me (my husband works a lot out of town, so I’m alone a lot) and it is the easiest most convenient way to get last minute items we need. There was a deal going on, so I did order 4-12 packs online.When everything was brought out to me after 20 minutes of waiting, there was a manager with the employee. The manager came out and rudely told me that I couldn’t order cases of soda through pickup as she was walking away from me (she didn’t even look at me). I felt awful, so I immediately apologized and told her I hadn’t seen that restriction when I checked out. She looked back, then just kept walking away from me as she said “yeah, it doesn’t say that” over her shoulder.She was extremely dismissive and demeaning. Also, I have since found out that this is not a company policy. We will not be shopping with this store in the future. I also encourage you to not belittle your customers just because you don’t feel like helping an employee carry out an order. It costs you nothing to be kind.

How can someone that works 9 to 5 out of town pick up prescriptions with hours of 10 -6 on weekdays and closed weekends at the Pharmacy. What awful customer service.

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are rude and do not take care of people well. They actually lost my medication!! I will not go back here ever again.

When this drug store was Rite Aid it was great. Fast, efficient, helpful. Now that it is Walgreens, I will be going to C V S for everything from now on. It is now only the Walgreens in Buckhannon, but also the one at Rosebud in Clarksburg.

No one in the pharmacy would help me or acknowledge my existence - or the existence of the lady in line behind me. Not sure why.I eventually gave up and went to Walmart instead.

Pharmacy short staffed computer system junk never works,always try to run off customers cannot get vaccinated here! Typical corporate toxic atmosphere!

Avoid going through this place is drive-thru if you have any plans for the day because they are slower than molasses. I regularly sit here in line for over 20 minutes waiting for medication and the worst part about it is I'd normally go to CVS because this place is so freaking slow but CVS of course doesn't have my medicine in stock so I have to sit here and let him waste my time because they are too slow to handle customers in an efficient manner. Avoid this place at all costs
