Today I had the best experience at Sheetz! It wasn't because of the great prices on food, or the nice aesthetic of the remodel. I am talking about Barry Miller, one of the managers at this location. Any time I come in that dude is smiling, running around putting out a million fires, and stays professional the entire time. I'll always stop at a Sheetz, but I'll always come back to this one for Barry. Legend.

2/24/25 11:30 a.m. Ordered 2 hot dogs took one bite and it was obvious they were put in the microwave. Threw them both away. It’s boderline stealing money. Then I look over and I see 0 hotdogs on the rotator that cooks the hotdogs and it’s lunch time. I then asked the lady did y’all put my hotdogs in the microwave she said no I then asked well how do y’all cook them? She proceeded to point to the hot dog cooker with 0 hotdogs on it. Safe to say if you buy a hotdog from this location it will be fresh out the microwave and will taste like it.

Ordered a 5 piece chicken finger and got a bunch of small hard and dry pieces of chicken. One sauce they gave me was already open.
Quality was so bad it went straight in the trash.
Drive-thru employee hands me food without saying a word and leaves the window.
Never was offered a receipt and I need one for work reimbursements.

Other reviews mention how poor the food safety standards are at this location and I completely agree.

Everyone is always so kind, especially the woman who was working the 1st drive thru window around 12:30 am on 6/14. She remembered who I was from my last order weeks ago, and she said some very kind words to me as I drove off. Wish I had caught her name, hope to cross paths again soon so I can thank her in person. Get her a raise!!

Went tonight for hot dogs and grabbed a couple of the chicken snack wraps. I like that you can have it made with any toppings and additions that you want. Fast service.

The 2% and half and half dispenser ran out and instead of refilling it, the nozzles were removed and it was never refilled. Now I think it's gone. I stopped a lot and got coffee here on the go always, but now I will not. I do not like the fact that you are expected to use capped jugs that everyone else uses. No one is watching them, and I dont trust people enough not to do something to them. No thanks. Really disappointed as I loved sheets Columbia coffee. ?

Went specifically for lunch. Sheetz MTO is HANDS-DOWN better than ANY other fast food in town.The DrPepper BBQ sauce is a fire-sauce. Don't be fooled.
