“Have been recommending this place to everyone here in Buckhannon and in Weston. I thought they only did tires but they do much more than that. I’ve been there twice for my Explorer and the professionalism is a welcome change. Especially as a woman, I am usually intimidated whenever I go to car shops where there is a lot of testosterone flying about (with cussing to go along) but I felt very comfortable and respected here. It’s also so nice to see a female face at the front desk who is also very helpful and professional. They did a great and honest job fixing my vehicle and I didn’t feel like they were trying to fix things that didn’t need to be fixed just to get some more money out of me. They actually fixed what was wrong with my car instead of everything else under the sun and still leaving me with the original problem unlike some places. The customer service here is bar none!
Edit: Been back a few times and the customer service here is just fantastic. Very helpful and professional as well as reasonable prices. I really feel like they care about their customers which is rare anymore. I feel lucky to have them in Buckhannon!”
