“On a long trip in a snow storm and a nail punctured a tire. They lifted up the car and fixed it in less than ten minutes. Charged just $10 and refused a tip. Great people.”
“Dave is truly a blessing! We were traveling through and tried to fix a nail in the tire ourselves. That did not work and called Dave’s Towing. He arrived promptly with a meticulous tow truck. Dave was able to plug our tire in a short amount of time. He went above and beyond. Also refused payment. Said “God bless” and left. Thank you so much!”
“They found the problem I brought the van in for and fixed it at a next to free. They found the stupid little issue behind what could have been treated as multiple problems. I am a little disappointed that my backup camera still only works when it wants to, but they told me upfront that the camera system may require another visit down the line. I had just hoped it to was related. The quality of service was good. That's what 5 stars is based on. I still need to get that camera sorted out. I am getting pretty good (lucky?) without it, though. Everyone that I enteracted with was very friendly. Nobody even made fun of me when I picked it up. NICE!”
“This is the only place I take my van. She’s beat up but he always takes the best care of her. Great service Great prices and Timely. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.”
“I always receive quick, efficient service at a very reasonable price. They are always professional and polite. They always go the extra mile to please. I have been a customer for at least 35 years.”
“I just needed a 10min job, and they jumped right on it. I had the part, but was on vacation with no tools available. They got me back on the road in no time. Thanks guys!”
“The people at this place are some of the most genuine and helpful individuals you'll find in the area. When my car broke down on the highway, I had it towed to their location. Even though they couldn’t fix my engine, they went above and beyond to assist me. They provided rides when Uber and Lyft were unavailable in this small-town setting, which made a world of difference. Their kindness and support really stood out during a stressful time.”
“Vehicle broke down passing through Lewisburg. I live two hours away, but I was able to find this place on a recommendation. Super happy with everything. They were able to tow my vehicle, and completed everything in less than two days. Solid work, with reasonable prices.”
“Greenbrier Ford always provides excellent service. The service manager and service advisors are great! Bruce in the sales department always greets you with a smile and handles new sales deals efficiently.”
“This shop replaced a (nightmare of a ) power steering line on a Ridgeline for me a couple of years ago. Great service, got to it quick and was priced very reasonable. Intend on using them again soon to do routine 210,000 mile service on same vehicleService: Steering & suspension repair”
“The shop does excellent work and is fast. It's an easy wait for a quick tire change or suspension lift on your truck. If there's anything else they notice that needs fixed or replaced, it's so easy to schedule an appointment. They all order parts for you or you can bring your own parts and they'll install them. Super friendly people and very skilled. I'll never let anyone else mess with my ride but Factory Tire Outlet!! Will be returning soon!!”
“I've been dealing for over a year with Danny. He's a fantastic person, knows what he's doing. Do great work. Look forward to having a long working relationship.”
“I made an appointment and they were ready for me when I got there. They were quick and did an excellent job at a fair price. What more can I say. I will definitely use these guys next time I need some work done on my car.”

“This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicles for body work. They are very professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.”
“I guess they are ok. Was told they could get my tires in one day by 3 different workers and when I went to pay for them it was going to take 3+ days. So there is that.”

“Love these guys. Have helped me out twice now. Daniel and Kelvin are great! Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Kelvin even topped up my windshield washer knowing I had a long drive back to Michigan without asking. Super considerate!! Will be seeing them again in July for a full detailing!”
