“I just had the best experience with my daughter, Winter Katelyn, (age 5, non-verbal, and Autistic), at the Ronceverte Post Office! I'm standing there trying to hurry as I'm addressing envelopes and whatnot and Winter is getting very impatient and starts getting LOUD and it was echoing so bad and the man behind the desk comes out and talks to her and asks if it's okay to take her to the back to show her the post office, he takes her back and let's her explore and look around and knock and tap on different things to see what they sound like and he kept her calm while I finished up what I had to do. This man, took time out of his day, to make my life just a little bit easier for a few minutes, and to show Winter Katelyn a little bit about the post office. I can never thank him enough. I love the community I live in. Not once has anyone ever shown a mean side to Winter. They are always so kind. ♥︔

“I came in to the post office in a hurry and completely unprepared to ship some electronics to a friend.
The clerk who dealt with me was super helpful, and basically did everything for me.
I didn't know what size box I needed, and he brought out multiple boxes until we found the best one.
I felt bad about being so unprepared and wasting his time, but the clerk was nothing but kind and helpful to me.
I didn't catch his name, but on the receipt it says clerk 14, so thank you again clerk 14.”

“Good little post office that has a long served the little community of Caldwell. Although not much parking. It is very convenient for the community and Monroe Draft.”
