Terrible customer service, cant get anything done on the phone, terrible online functionality, app is all but useless, and don't get me started on the fees they charge for everything. I'm surprised they don't dock your account every time you log in to the app. Ive never seen a bank charge you to transfer money into your account. They won't decline charges if you're insufficient. Instead theyll accept it so they can charge an insufficient fee and a return item fee and then they decline it. Crooked as hell. Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Stay away.

They had me “leave a message” so they could “get back to me” about freezing my card. They did not get back to me, instead I tried buying something Bc I knew my card number and such, and now it’s suddenly frozen. I would have liked a call back to be informed that my card was actually going to be frozen. Didn’t give them any extra information for them to do that yet either?? They usually need a social security number or ID verification. I’m feeling inconvenienced.

Not to happy here. My Dad has account here he is 95 and I am on his account. Can never get anyone to answer phone.

It's a shame that when your from out of town and need a 50.00 dollar bill broken down you can't do it at this bank without having an account. It's not like we were trying to get a check cashed and didn't have an account. It was actual American currency . We just needed a few smaller bills. I think this is very poor customer service!! If I ever moved back to the area I won't be using this bank!
