I don't like check out. They just throw in basket heavy on top of light. Then you have to go bag it. And pay for a cart. This was my first time, not impressed. Positive, food was good and great prices. I might try curbside pick up.

Usually I love Aldi’s. Good food, prices are comparably lower in general, and there’s plenty of space to move around. And today was no different. Even tho it’s gonna snow tomorrow, shoppers were calm and enjoying themselves. We’re West Virginia mountain people. We know how to handle snow. It’s not that big a deal here. But when we got to the cashier, things were different. The gal behind the register was frantic, rude without cause, literally throwing our food, and when I politely asked her to be more careful, she snapped at me. Saying she was doing her job as per Aldi’s training and requirements. I think if Aldi’s is going to train it’s employees to be rude to myself, my 70 year old mother who was with me at the time, and my community members as a matter of training, abuse our hard earned money by throwing our food around and damaging it in the process, and then train it’s staff to get angry and defensive with us when we ask politely for better service and humane treatment, then Aldi’s can find another town to set up shop in. Or they need to rapidly address staff dynamic and training. We’re a small town. We won’t be abused by your corporate dehumanization at our own expense. Perk up or pack out.

Always shop here. Not happy with the move to all but one non self-checkout. I prefer human interaction at checkout.

Our family's go to spot for meats, fruits, and vegetables. Check their circular online to get the best deals. I believe it begins on Wednesdays each week.

This refers to the ALDI on Marlowe Road. I have been shopping online at that store since the early days of COVID-19. The stock is limited, but I appreciate the convenience of home delivery. The difficulty is getting clerks to read my instructions. They consistly make substitions even though I filled a form that specifically asks that no substitutions be made. I've spent hours letting Instacart know of this problem. Refunds are not always commensurate with the cost of items more expensive than those ordered. This annoying, rustrating and it is hardly likely to generate consumer loyalty. When clerks follow the instructions, this a good, though understocked place to shop. Unfortunately nearly every order I've placed has had the very same issue.

Aldis has been my favorite grocery store for many years. I love the prices. Pay save money with the grocery carts and the grocery bags and they pass the savings on to the customer. However, recently they have been out of so many items that I have been forced to go to other grocery stores to pick up a lot of things.

Great place to grocery shop. Clean and organized. Get more for less, which is good in today's economy.
