Customer service is disappointing. Some of the staff at the counter are not very welcoming or friendly. It is very obvious that said staff members are not happy with having to speak to customers… while working a customer service job. I am not enticed to revisit this location, I would rather travel farther to Winchester where the staff are always friendly & can at least pretend they don’t hate their job.

This is one of my favorite stores to go to when I need parts they have excellent customer service and friendly employees and if they can't find your parts they will recommend other places to search for your parts

Whoever the guy with the lip piercing is has a terrible attitude. Doesn’t like his job at all, hides his name tag and has the worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. He’s been rude to multiple people and I found that out as soon as I called some of my friends to tell them about my experience.. they’ve had the same issue with him as well. Seems like auto zone lets anybody work there. Terrible experience.. drive 1 min down the road to advanced auto parts.

Whomever is working today on black Friday has informed my mother in law that can't help her jump her car battery and claim they do not have the tools to do so when I know for a fact people from this location have helped me before jump my car. So I'm at work and am leaving this review and hope corporate talks to whomever is working from between 1pm till I posted this about 2:55pm. Because that's not how the customer service representatives should represent the company.

My boyfriend and I went to Autozone today, very disappointed with our experience. We bought a few things and then asked a staff member with lip piercings (didn’t see the name) about changing our battery. We knew our car was having battery issues, so the man reluctantly said he’d come look at it. Not even five seconds into looking at the battery he said wouldn’t be able to change it because of the fuses on the top or something. Went over to Advanced Auto Parts where they politely informed me that he was just making an excuse and there is absolutely no reason they could not change my battery. Pretty ridiculous that the employee would just lose a sale, just because they are too lazy to change a battery. We got the battery changed at Advanced Auto Parts, they were much nicer and honest.

Ask for Bob he is fantastic! Woke up to a dead battery called Bob and he had it all ready to go for me and came right out in the blink of an eye was on my way. Super nice guy. Thank you for making a stressful morning easier.

I know very little about cars. I had my friend who knows a lot about cars check on why something was not working properly. He told me to run to Auto Zone so they could check it out and get you the part you need for a fraction of the price that it would cost to go to a mechanic. I went there and basically felt uncomfortable and an inconvenience. I had asked for help and the worker had quickly told me there was no such thing as that part and I asked him to look at my car anyway to see what he could find since it was a Hybrid, which he sighed and walked right past me. He checked my car for not even a minute and told me there was nothing he could do and I needed to go to a mechanic and then walked inside without another word as I was just an inconvenience and someone he did not want to deal with. I understand I do not know much about cars but to be treated like this when I was just asking for something simple and to do his job is unacceptable and I will most certainly not be back if this is the way customers are treated.

I love this location of AutoZone. The staff is pretty knowledgeable. I only purchased wipers but the staff offered to help me with the installation.
