We have our house loan through them and couldn't be happier. Tammy helped us though the loan process and they were with us throughout the building of our house. Our loan amount changed as they do, and we missed the increase in the amount. They called me and alerted me of the issue and walked me through how to fix it. I would highly recommend this institution.

I’ve banked with Fort Sam Military Bank, now Bank of America for 36 years. I spent 90 minutes on the phone (only 36 minutes to reach a human) and they failed to fix the problem. This was call number four in the last week totaling over four hours on hold or waiting for them to look up information or ask a supervisor for help. Over the last few years under BoA service has declined to the point I am moving all accounts to BCT so when I have a problem, I can walk in and they resolve it in minutes. I can drive to the bank, get my issue resolved on the spot, stop off for lunch and drive home in less time it takes to call BoA. BCT has never failed to help me same or next day in the four years I’ve dealt with them. I look forward to doing all my banking here.

Tammy was amazing to work with and so was Amber, it was the smoothest and most efficient transaction I have ever experienced. Their attention to detail and responsiveness were unmatched. I would highly recommend them!!!

Just tried to open 2 savings accounts for my kids. Waited in line to get up to the counter to get left their waiting while the person who was helping me to go help someone that walked up after I did. Waited there for about 20 minutes just to get told to go wait in the lobby for someone to see me.After waiting there for another 20 minutes or more they tell me they won't be able to help me today. If I had just be taken care of when I first walked up to the counter I more then likely could have been seen. Instead multiple people who walked up to other tellers while I was left waiting the first time got get seen before I even got taken care of.Will not bank here. While waiting I witnessed multiple employees standing around having conversations amongst themselves amd goofing around.
