“We picked up our rental the morning after Christmas so of course it was busy! When we arrived, we noticed there was only one worker in the office, Kimberly O. She was not feeling well but she still showed up and did her best to get everyone in and out. She is an excellent employee who deserves some sort of recognition for showing up and working alone on such a busy time of the year.
Our rental vehicle was clean, had ample space for all our luggage, and enough seating for the whole family. I appreciate Kimberly giving us a few options when we arrived to make sure we had a car that met our needs.
