“I have been going here since I was 15 years old. I am 51 now and live in Michigan but I travel to West Virginia a lot and I always stop in to see what's new in bongs and pipes. This time I bought a silicone bong and it's awesome. I love it so much, I packed away my other paraphernalia and have decided this is the bong for me!!! I highly recommend the silicone bong!!”
“Need signage on each island as to what grade of fuel is available at these pumps. I sometimes have to drive around to find 88 octane gas. Location is clean. My phone app does not work on your kisosh anymore. Need to be able to use previous version. I don’t have the $’s to purchase a new iPhone.”

“One of the best Sheetz - period! I stop by here almost every day either to/from work. The store is always clean and well stocked. MTO food is prepared quickly and well. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. In particular, Austin is always wearing a smile, remembers my usual purchases, and shows exceptional kindness. Whenever I see him at the check out, I know I'm about to get fantastic service!

“Chelsea is one of the hardest working, most polite, and helpful managers you’ll ever come across. For such a busy store, she and the employees keep it well stocked and clean, and they’re always helpful and smiling. “Convenient place has a little bit of everything it's the only place and Charles Town it has 100% gasoline with no ethanol. The drinks are a little expensive in the store but other than that it's great but it's not exactly in the greatest part of town”
“Unbelievable!! I spent hours of my day trying to unsuccessfully get a MRI CD file converted to a thumb drive so I could get the images to a specialist. I literally tried 5 other places to get it done. All 5 machines were not working properly and I thought I would try 1 more before giving up. I walked in to the CVS on Flowing springs knowing it probably was not going to work either...and I was right! They were out of the branded thumb drives required to complete the transfer. Then I met my new HERO...Aurora Scheve, manager with a cape :-)...She took control with a big smile and told me they did not have the drives but that the CVS 15 minutes up the road have some and she would be right back. She drove to the other location and got the drive. She came back and completed the transfer. WOW!!!!! This is the type of customer service that is unheard of. No one does that for a $10 sale! Honestly I was never that impressed with CVS in general but after this experience I have a new favorite store. Thanks Aurora!! Thanks for treating me like I was important and seen in a world where that simply doesn't happen anymore.”

“The shelves are always well stocked and the staff is always warm and friendly in a way you just don’t see at either of the CVS locations in town. The parking lot is always well treated during icy conditions too. The pharmacy does seem to be closed a lot though- might be time for a new pharmacist.”
