“A little bit over priced but the rewards card is nice to build up points for gas, and if you order online points can be used for money off your order. Employees are more friendly than some other grocery stores in the area. The store is clean and the produce is fresh with lots of options and variety. They also have low salt Pringles, which Walmart does not.”

“As a casual visitor to CVS, it is not often that I visit the store. That being said, I have not encountered any issues throughout my experiences here. When needing help from pharmacy services, I have been given quick and friendly service, such as when needing vaccines and seasonal shots.Regarding the store itself, a fair supply of daily essentials are stocked at slightly higher pricing points than markets. That being said, weekly sales prices are available for certain products in addition to their store discount card being helpful for accumulating further discounts.I'm greatly appreciate for the two self-checkout stations being present, although the traditional checkout is also ideal to use as staff are attentive and helpful.”

We came in and the wonderful staff and pharmacy manager Russell made some phone calls and got it done for us. They were so nice and helpful! We came in and the wonderful staff and pharmacy manager Russell made some phone calls and got it done for us. They were so nice and helpful! “Pharmacy staff and front staff are super friendly and always willing to help!! I see so many complaints on the pharmacy however mostly over prescription times maybe you should try working this job before you publicly bash a pharmacy for its wait time how about next time you ask yourself how many prescriptions did doctors call in for their patients today because I promise you that you are not the only one! They fill meds from the time they get there till they leave and that in between Covid shots booster handing out meds all while making sure your med count is correct and the fose is correct and let's not forget that doctors don't always catch what you're on va what they are giving you so your pharmacist also makes sure you don't have a serious interaction between meds the were given vs the ones you are on!! Cut people some slack they are doing there best!! I love this store and all of its employees they are like a second family to me!!”

“This Pharmacy team is Excellent and they have improved drastically from 8 or so years ago when I left this c v s and started using the c v s on Washington street instead. Washington street c v s however has evolved into a horrible negative ridden and extremely rude pharmacy team however so i returned to the Somerset c v s this year and have been nothing but pleased and overly satisfied because customer service is all it should be at this c v s . it all stems from having lead pharmacists that are first and foremost decent human beings, which both gentlemen pharmacists at this c v s are and their people skills have not disappeared or been the least bit compromised by the myriad of pressures and higher stress levels most pharmacies have been enduring recently, post pandemic. These gentlemen have demonstrated superb leadership skills while managing their team of employees and going above and beyond to fulfill their own duties and meet the needs of all their customers- and treating everyone that approaches the pharmacy counter with kindness and respect if you can believe it! I am pleased and extremely grateful for this team especially after the horrible treatment as both a customer and an individual from the other c v s across town ~ (washington st c v s has devolved into an extremely incompetent and unkind place since the changing of their lead pharmacists a couple years ago along the loss of two other good team members - unfortunately incompetence and rudeness is the new normal at Washington st c v s and if this is your pharmacy then I definitely recommend making the switch like I did!! There is no need to keep subjecting oneself to being treated without dignity!! Cut out the negative people and places that exist from our daily life whenever possible, make the switch and be humanely treated just as we should be!!???”
