Pharmacy Doctor poor customer service i asked what she would recommend for a kid to take for a cough and nose run she stated she didn't have any recommendations just to take her to pediatric for a common cold like come on thats all you can provide. She didnt even try to help at all . I wouldn’t recommend coming to this CVS pharmacy if you need a recommendation from the doctor. Poor customer service . Looks like she just there for a check !

terrible attitudes the chip reader was broken ans they charged my debit card 100 on accident for some shampoo I was very understanding patient and polite to them and the supervisors caught an attitude started arguing saying my bank account was lying 🤣 LIKE OK.. not coming back here could have at least been polite about it and it was their fault

The clerk, London, at the Charles Town location was very friendly and helpful checking me out. She signed me up for extra care and saved me some money. She was very pleasant to chat with as well as efficient in her job.

The CVS on Flowing Springs Rd. in Charles Town is really great. I always find what I am looking for and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and engaging. London is particularly sweet and helpful I will seek her out anytime I am there to get assistance or just have a friendly chat. The folks here go out of their way to make me feel welcome and appreciated.

The Pharmacy is terrible, they make it very stressful to get a new prescription even after caremark calls them and let's them know your prescription is approved.The pharmacy manager has no communication with the people that work there that are supposed to take notes but dont so the whole process starts over again.

Pharmacy is willing to help with questions about insurance and medications. I appreciated the time they took with me on the phone to walk me through my questions and help me understand some of the processes of availability of medications. Easy to navigate the store. Plenty of people were working, so there was no need to search for someone to help.

The associate that helped me was friendly and very knowledgeble. No one had to wait to check out. As customers did so, associates went upfront to move make sure the lines moved quickly. Also, the store was very clean and well organized.
